Last Saturday night (for our weekly Josh and Amy Night), we did some shopping and then went to Mimi’s for dinner. We both enjoyed our meals and then went home to play a game of Othello (you’ll have to ask Josh who won).
Sunday night we babysat the Johnson kids, while their parents went house hunting. The Johnsons have three adorable children and are expecting their fourth in July. We spent the evening playing games, having razor scooter races in an empty parking lot, reading, eating dinner, and watching a movie.
Who won the Othello game? Well, all I’ll say is that I had to encourage Amy to keep playing in spite of how bad her outlook was for even coming close to my score.
Amy read the comment I just left, and she thinks that I made it sound like she didn’t win, when in fact she did. 🙂 But she wouldn’t have if I hadn’t encouraged her to keep playing.
LOL! Love the pic in front of Mimis!
Hilarious! Oh…and it looks like you are getting good Daddy and Mommy practice in. Wow…3 in one whack. Not a bad idea, actually:-) Hope the Johnson’s find a house. I’d say they definitely need one!
I just thought to myself…I hope Amy & Josh update the blog since they will have so much “free” time this week (I know you won’t…but that’s what I hoped), and low and behold you updated it….Were the Johnson’s able to find anything?
I wonder who had more fun: you guys or the Johnson kids? Those kids will probably be begging to have the Jensens babysit!! Sounds like a fun weekend.
Looks very fun!!!!
