I just watched this presentation while dusting (white glove for our apartment complex this week!). Lomborg is a Danish statistician who argues that even though global warming is a real (man-made) problem, there are better ways to spend our money than cutting carbon emissions. He’s quite humorous.
Interesting video. However, it seems that he makes the same mistake with accepting point 1 as he is warning against throughout the video, i.e. are there better alternatives. To simply say that yes global warming is caused by man the history of climate change should be considered. It has been much hotter and much colder in centuries past. Why?
But I do like his arguments of dealing with problems in a logical way.
